With a wealth of mortgage, protection, and equity release experience, Richard supports the advice team and is responsible for maintaining Aspect Mortgage’s strict service standards. Richard spends his spare time with Rachel and their two children. He loves to travel, particularly in Africa & the Middle East, and is a season ticket holder at Newcastle United.
Rachel began her career as a Mortgage Advisor in 1998 and founded Aspect Mortgages in 2004. With a wealth of experience in mortgage advice, later life lending, and estate planning, Rachel focuses on building strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional introducers. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, cooking, and practicing yoga.
Neil has worked in financial services for over 30 years and joined Aspect Mortgages in 2017. He has a thorough knowledge of the financial world and enjoys being out and about, spending time with his clients and introducers. When not at work he enjoys time with his family, has a love of DIY and is a long-standing season ticket holder at Everton FC..
Carly started in the business as an Administrator before being promoted to Case Manager and then Operations Manager. Carly keeps the business running smoothly, manages our life insurance cases and helps ensure that our service standards are met at all times. In her spare time Carly enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons – usually kicking a ball around or standing at the side of a football pitch.
